What else What should you know about the SZ curl set? The SZ bar diameter is 30 mm, so you can easily use additional weights with the standard 30/31 mm hole, including our Gorilla weights. Star collars securely and neatly fix the weights in place. This allows you to fully concentrate on your workout, even during overhead exercises. The individual weight plates are covered with a practical plastic sleeve, protecting your floor from scratches while keeping noise levels to an acceptable level. The rubber coating will also help when using the weight plates for other exercises, ensuring a firm grip every time.
